Not on the free plan: ai digests and weekly briefings, multiple projects at once, custom domains. Pro adds all three for $49 a month, and you can move up at any time without rebuilding anything.

- Is the free plan actually free?
- Yes. $0, free forever, no credit card and no trial timer. You create an account, get a workspace, and use it for as long as you like without a payment method on file.
- What do I get on the free plan?
- One active project, two seats, 1 GB of file storage, a client portal with your own branding, project status and milestones, shared files with document history, invoicing and payment tracking, and email support answered within two business days.
- What happens when I need a second project?
- You move to Pro at $49 a month, which raises the ceiling to 10 projects, 5 seats and 10 GB, and adds AI digests, a custom domain and the billing center. Nothing you have already stored is lost or re-entered — the same workspace simply stops hitting the limit.
- Do you take a percentage of the invoices I record?
- No. Invoicing on the platform is record keeping: you bill your client however you already do, and the workspace tracks what was issued and what has been paid. We do not process the payment or take a cut of it.
- Do I have to talk to sales before I can start?
- No. Create an account and your workspace is ready in about a minute. There is no discovery call gate on the free plan, and no one will call you because you signed up.
- Is my client data treated differently on the free plan?
- No. Every workspace is isolated, access is checked on the server for every request, and the same access rules that protect paid workspaces protect free ones. Security is not a paid feature.
- Can I use my own domain on the free plan?
- Custom domains are part of Pro. On the free plan your portal lives at its own workspace address, which you can share with clients immediately.
