This privacy notice applies to the public Hermida Technologies website (hermida.app) and to the software and client workspaces Hermida Technologies operates, where those services do not state a separate notice. Custom or paid engagements may be governed by additional written agreements.

What you give us, when you choose to.
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you provide the details entered in that form: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company details, and the project information you describe. You also choose whether you consent to being contacted about the inquiry. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your request. Providing it is optional, but we cannot respond to an inquiry without it.

Standard technical information.
Like most websites, our hosting environment processes standard technical information such as request logs, which can include the requesting IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This information is used to operate and secure the service.

We rely on service providers — including the hosting and platform providers that operate this website and its data storage — to process information as needed to deliver the services described in this notice. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share inquiry information for third-party advertising. Where specific vendors are used for a given service, we identify them only when that use is verified and relevant to you.

Keeping information only as long as it serves a purpose.
We keep inquiry information while it remains relevant to the conversation and any resulting engagement, and account and workspace information while the related account or organization remains active. We do not commit to a single fixed retention period, because the appropriate period depends on the type of information and the service; we delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this notice, unless we are required to keep it longer.

We apply the security and access-control practices described on our security page, including authenticated identities, organization-scoped access, role-aware permissions, and server-side authorization. No online system can be represented as risk-free; see our security approach for details.

You can decline analytics through the consent choice presented on the site. To ask about the information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop using your inquiry information, contact us through the contact page and describe your request. We will respond and work with you in good faith.

This website and our services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the website.
